Nails in the eyes.  And also an opposition to the film festivals circuit as an alternative space of diffusion: Cinéma Abattoir is a film society that deals with experimentation and documentation of iconoclastic film work. The subject here is the exploration and transgression of cinema by the subversion of its aesthetics and ethics.
 
This proposition takes place in Montreal at random locations. To achieve an eroticism of subversion, no crowd pleaser will be allowed and every formal attack on cinema will be required.
